My Story
My name is Paulina Gawlicka, and since 2012, I’ve been exploring the IT industry.
I’ve worked with various companies—from large corporations and mid-sized software houses to product companies and small IT outsourcing firms.
My clients include ZAGENO, GoConnecIT, Mc COMP, Data Modul, HmmH Polnad, Mobile Vikings, Flotiq.
Over the years, I’ve gained experience in business development, recruitment, team management, employer branding, personal branding, public speaking, and organizing industry events.
I’m passionate about building and growing IT teams for clients in Poland, the UK, and Western Europe, especially in sectors like biotech, aerospace, finance, education, e-commerce, and geo-IT. I also enjoy creating Polish teams for foreign companies and setting up their growth and business processes.
In my work, I utilize modern technologies and methodologies, such as Management 3.0, coaching, and MindSonar®.
I stay up-to-date with the latest market insights and trends, further enhancing my services and allowing me to deliver current and effective solutions.
Public Speaking
Public speaking has helped me share my knowledge and deliver clear, impactful talks, whether it's about Career Mentoring or presenting business strategies.
